Built from two heritage CX leaders, in service of better experiences.

Concentrix was created in 2019 from the customer-relationship businesses of two industry heavyweights — bringing together decades of frontline operational craft into a single, focused CX-first organization.

Today, we sit at the intersection of human expertise, intelligent process and applied AI. We design and run customer interactions, content moderation, trust & safety, back-office operations and digital consumer engagement for many of the world's most recognized brands.
